If you want to look more like a Hollywood celebrity, you’re probably going to have to diet like one. While some of the fad diets that they get involved with just aren’t safe, there are many more that are healthy and that will work for just about anyone.
Low carb diets are some of the most popular. When they are followed correctly they can help people lose a lot of weight. The Zone diet and The Atkins diet are the two most popular of the diets today, and stars like Jennifer Aniston and Renee Zellweger have used them with success. Low fat diets like Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers also work well, and stars like Fran Drescher and Sarah Ferguson have lost weight on a low fat diet. If neither one of those work for you, you could try eating organic like Gwyneth Paltrow or becoming a vegetarian or vegan like Drew Barrymore.
There isn’t one great diet that works for everyone, even the stars, so you have to try some ideas and see which ones work for you.
