<p>1.	When you&#8217;ve finished dinner, leave the table. Sitting there will encourage you to take another helping or have dessert.</p>
<p>2. Stick with any diets that relate to your health condition.  For instance, only use <a href="http://www.aapscot.org">diabetic recipes</a> if you are a diabetic.</p>
<p>3.	Don&#8217;t use the kitchen table to pay bills or do other things. It&#8217;s too tempting to snack.</p>
<p>4.	Make a walk, a book, or something else a priority during a break to keep you from snacking.</p>
<p>5.	Buy and keep on hand healthy foods, so if you snack it won&#8217;t be on junk.  Consider the acai berry as a healthy snack that could help you burn calories.</p>
<p>6.	Add bran flakes to your morning cereal to boost your fiber intake.</p>
<p>7.	Reward yourself, but not with food.</p>
<p>8.	Work to replace bad eating habits with good ones.</p>
<p>9.	Start out slowly with exercise so you don&#8217;t burn out and become discouraged.</p>
<p>10.	Watch out for any weight loss solution that doesn&#8217;t involve exercise.</p>
